Product introduction
WCB type gear pump is a low pressure miniature portable energy saving oil pump, suitable for the sale of no power supply unit oil drum truck oil transfer, but also suitable for oil refinery, power plant, substation (room) and oil depot. Thin oil lubrication system is used as thin oil transfer. Such as: conveying non-lubricating oil, drinks, low corrosive water, etc.
Product advantage
● Simple and compact structure, easy to use and maintain. With good self-priming, it is not necessary to fill the liquid before each pump.
● Lubrication is automatically achieved by conveying liquid, so there is no need to add lubricating liquid in daily work.
● The use of elastic couplings to transmit power can compensate for small deviations caused by installation. When the pump is subjected to inevitable hydraulic shock, it can play a better buffer role.
Selection range
● WCB type gear pump can be used as transmission booster pump in oil transmission system; It can be used as a fuel pump for conveying, pressurizing and spraying in the fuel system. In the hydraulic transmission system can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power; In the industrial field, can be used for lubricating oil pump.
● Suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids similar in nature to lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, temperature not higher than 80℃, viscosity of 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s (5-1500CST).
