Product introduction
GBL type vertical concentrated sulfuric acid chemical pump is based on the performance parameters of ISG type centrifugal pump, using concentrated sulfuric acid special cast iron, carbon steel and water conservancy model to optimize the design. Is the ideal new generation of chemical pump.
Product advantage
● The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial size and compact structure.
● Small footprint, low construction investment, such as the protective cover can be placed in outdoor use.
● Pump shaft seal with external high quality mechanical seal, dynamic and static rings made of new cemented carbide and ceramic, wear resistance, no leakage, long service life.
● Pump and motor bearing configuration is reasonable, can effectively balance the radial and axial load generated by pump operation, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the pump, vibration noise is very low.
● The pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet caliber is the same, and located on the same center line, can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, the boiler feed pump appearance is compact and beautiful.

● Sulfuric acid concentration: 80% ~ 98%

● Special cast iron use temperature: 25℃ ~ 50℃
● Special carbon steel operating temperature: 25℃ ~ 60℃
